Upon arrival, host Emile welcomes you personally. He immediately shows you around the domaine and tells you about the amenities that will make your stay – and possibly later your property – so comfortable. The next morning, Emile will take you on a sightseeing tour of the idyllic surroundings and treat you to a lunch where you will have plenty of time to ask questions about purchasing, renting or management. Then you’ll get the key: the rest of the days are all yours. Go for a round of golf, browse local markets or sink back into the lounge chair on your own terrace. You set the pace.

Living the way it really feels
Villa Porthos is furnished for four with beds made, a towel set and a fully equipped kitchen. There is private parking, lightning-fast Wi-Fi and, of course, that generous terrace overlooking the fairway. Our host is always available for tips – from the best winery to a hidden bistro.
No surprises, no obligations
Doubt is part of any big decision. That’s why test living is completely non-committal. If you like it so much that you decide to buy, we will deduct the cost of living from the purchase price. If you find that the domaine is not your place after all, then at least you will have had a wonderful mini-stay in the Gers. Good to know: there is only one model villa available per period, so booking early avoids disappointment.
