This is a region that few Dutch people have yet discovered. Yet it is a place where everything comes together: authentic France, friendly atmosphere and a wonderful climate. Living on a vast estate surrounded by greenery

Living at the golf course

Domaine Golf de Gascogne covers more than 30 acres of rolling hills. The villas are spaciously spread out overlooking the golf course and on the horizon views of the Pyrenees. Privacy and tranquility is guaranteed here. Here you live in the middle of nature, without compromising on comfort.

The architecture of the villas is inspired by the rural French architectural style, with spacious terraces, bright living rooms and a seamless connection to the outdoors. Whether you choose Porthos, Constance or D’Artagnan, each villa offers its own character and a warm feel that blends perfectly with its surroundings.

Plots range from 500 sq. m., giving each home plenty of room to come into its own.

The charm of le Gers

Le Gers is known for its unspoiled nature and relaxed way of life. The rhythm here is determined by the seasons, local markets and long lunches under the plane trees. This is the France of small-scale winemakers, picturesque villages and historic bastides.

From the resort, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area. Golfing, biking, hiking or taking a dip in one of the nearby lakes? Everything is within easy reach. The Pyrenees are less than an hour away, ideal for a day of skiing or mountain hiking.

In the immediate vicinity you will find lively markets, excellent restaurants and atmospheric wineries where you can taste the specialties of the region. Think of the famous Armagnac, confit de canard and the wines of Saint Mont.
